“You cannot yell at a flower and demand that it opens. it needs the right ingredients-nurturing, warmth, and fertile soil in which to grow. With a gentle hand, it comes to see that blooming is not only possible, it is who it was created and called to be.”

“we don’t have to be everything to everyone. we are not meant to be anyone we are not”

  • explore the profound impact of coming home to your body. Gain insights into connecting mind, body, and emotion. Embodiment helps us to see ourselves and the world through a different lens. Awareness leads to choice which leads to a greater sense of empowerment.

  • becoming aware of patterns and learning to find safety in the body and capacity to hold and process emotions through breath, voice, movement, and awareness of trauma and stress responses.

  • Why do we procrastinate? Why can sleep and showing up for ourselves seem impossible? Why does life sometimes feel exhausting? We can learn new patterns and live through stress by finding capacity, changing our states, and gently calibrating to resilience. Find joy on this path of self-discovery.

welcome home

I am a skilled Somatic and trauma facilitator, expert in embodiment education, guiding women to cultivate a profound sense of safety, awareness, and resilience within their bodies, ultimately empowering them to come home to their true voice.

i believe that every woman has a voice. HOWEVER, FOR MANY OF US we have learned to be silent because it wasn’t safe to be ourselves. My mission is to help women RECONNECT TO their bodies AND REDISCOVER THE POWER OF THEIR TRUE VOICE, BECOMING MORE AWAKE, AWARE, AND ALIVE IN MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT.

What does this look like?

it can look like :

learning to say no- having boundaries

becoming aware of our bodies

speaking up and speaking out

learning to look after ourselves

emotional regulation

finding safety in our bodies, capacity for our emotions, and resilience when life challenges us.

recovery tools such as meaningful self care, trauma resources, stress education.

becoming aware of old patterns and learning to release them.
